{"id":9818,"date":"2022-09-12T09:16:19","date_gmt":"2022-09-12T09:16:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/zinebi.eus\/en\/news\/?p=9818"},"modified":"2022-09-12T09:17:59","modified_gmt":"2022-09-12T09:17:59","slug":"zinebi-international-festival-of-documentary-and-short-film-of-bilbao-presents-the-graphic-image-for-the-64th-edition-produced-by-creativity-studio-happyending","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/zinebi.eus\/en\/news\/zinebi-international-festival-of-documentary-and-short-film-of-bilbao-presents-the-graphic-image-for-the-64th-edition-produced-by-creativity-studio-happyending","title":{"rendered":"ZINEBI \u2013 INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF DOCUMENTARY AND SHORT FILM OF BILBAO PRESENTS THE GRAPHIC IMAGE FOR THE 64th EDITION, PRODUCED BY CREATIVITY STUDIO HAPPYENDING"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\r\n \t<li><strong>The International Festival of Documentary and Short Film of Bilbao will be held from 11 to 18 November.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Using \u201cthe tools of audiovisual creation\u201d such as \u00c1ngela Alonso and Elena Perea create an image of geometric shapes and motifs of collective concepts in \u201csmall visual shorts\u201d.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.zinebi.eus\"><strong>ZINE<\/strong><strong>BI \u2013 International Festival of Documentary and Short Film of Bilbao<\/strong><\/a>\u2014organised by Bilbao\u2019s City Hall and which this year will be held from 11 to 18 November, <strong>presents the image of its 64<sup>th<\/sup> festival, created by Bilbao graphic design studio Happyending Studio<\/strong>, joining the list of local artists who have been creating the ZINEBI image in recent years.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>For the 64<sup>th<\/sup> ZINEBI,<strong> \u00c1ngela Alonso Hern\u00e1ndez and Elena Perea <\/strong>\u2014<strong>founders of the Happyending Studio<\/strong>\u2014 have conducted a \u201csearch for innovative territories\u201d, which they see as the essence of the Festival, with a focus on \u201cideas that embrace new narrative, formal and aesthetic experimentations.\u201d This formed the basis for a graphics project directly inspired by \u201cthe tools of audiovisual creation\u201d such as \u201ctest and focus cards\u201d. It is an independent creative studio based in Bilbao, specialising in graphic design, illustration and artwork.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Both, Alonso and Perea, are Fine Arts graduates: the former worked on the executive programme on \u201cDesign and expansion of businesses in the creative sector\u201d at the European Design Institute, and was responsible for the design and conceptualisation of spaces such as the Basque Country stand at Expo Zaragoza and the Interpretation Centre for the Segovia Aqueduct, among other projects; the latter completed her studies at London\u2019s UAL and the Cake Design studio in Paris, before working as graphic designer for customers such as Hennessy, Le Royal Monceau, Roger Pradier, McDonald\u2019s and Azkuna Zentroa, among others.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Both combine their work as designers with teaching work as lecturers at the IED Kunsthal Bilbao.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Happyending Studio joins the list of Vizcaya designers that have created the image of the International Festival of Documentary and Short Film of Bilbao in recent years, featuring Rebeka Arce, Eider Corral and Susana Blasco.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The International Festival of Documentary and Short Film of Bilbao will be held from 11 to 18 November.
