Callisto McNulty

Callisto Mc Nulty (Paris, 1990) is a filmmaker, writer, and translator. Educated at Central Saint Martins and Goldsmiths University in London, her work blends research, archival exploration, and audiovisual creation to amplify marginalized voices. In 2017, she co-directed Eric’s Tape, centered on a mysterious Andy Warhol recording. Her second feature, Delphine et Carole, insoumuses (2019), explores the creative and political collaboration between Delphine Seyrig and Carole Roussopoulos, and was selected at over thirty international festivals, earning multiple awards. Since 2019, she has performed with Émilie Notéris, reinterpreting the SCUM Manifesto. She is also co-editor of SCUM Manifesto (NAIMA, 2018) and Bibelot (2019).

Daniel Šuljić

Daniel Šuljić is an animation film director and musician from Zagreb. He studied painting and animation at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, where he graduated from Masterclass C. L. Attersee. From 1992 to 2010 he lived in Vienna, and since 2011 he has been working between Zagreb and Vienna. His films — including Evening Star, Leckdonalds, The Cake, I Can Imagine It Very Well, Short Life, Transparency, and From Under Which Rock Did They Crawl Out — have been screened at hundreds of international festivals and received numerous awards. He has served on festival juries and had retrospectives at Anifilm Třeboň, Monstra Lisbon, and ITFS Stuttgart. Since 2011 he has been the artistic director of Animafest Zagreb, and since 2024 Head of the Department of Animation and New Media at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb.

Ramia Beladel

Ramia Beladel is a Moroccan visual artist and cultural curator, graduate of the prestigious École des Beaux-Arts of Tétouan. With over ten years of experience in cultural curation, she has developed and led numerous artistic and cinematic initiatives that bridge creativity, community, and dialogue. In 2021, she founded the Marrakech Short Film Festival (MsFF), which has quickly become a key platform for emerging filmmakers and international exchange, celebrating the power of short films to connect cultures and voices.

Santiago Tabernero

Film director, screenwriter, and journalist. He debuted with Vida y color (2007), awarded at festivals in Miami, Toulouse, Murcia, and Valladolid, and nominated for the Goya Award for Best New Director. In 2014, he directed Presentimientos, based on the novel by Clara Sánchez. His short films include Tiempo muerto, El amor, El amor 2, and the documentary Las gafas de Isabel Coixet (2025). As a screenwriter, he has worked on Desvío al paraíso, Taxi, Asfalto, César y Zaín, and La flor del almendro. At Spanish public broadcaster TVE, he created shows such as Versión Española, Carta Blanca, La nube, En familia, and live formats like Torres y Reyes, Alaska y Coronas, Alaska y Segura, and Sánchez y Carbonell. A founding member of Días de Cine, he has directed musical specials for artists like Miguel Bosé, Raphael, Luz Casal, and Joan Manuel Serrat.

Norika Sefa

Norika Sefa is a writer/ director. She has graduated from FAMU in Prague. She is best known for her 2021 debut film Looking for Venera, which established her as an emerging talent with a very distinguished voice. The film won and was nominated for many prestigious awards. Her earlier works include Desde Arriba, a short documentary filmed in the Peruvian jungle under the guidance of Werner Herzog. Her most recent short, Like a Sick Yellow, 2024 – is an avant-garde documentary that further explores her bold approach to storytelling and visual expression. Invitations brought Norika across different arts and cultural institutions, to talk about her distinctive cinematic approach. She is actively involved in teaching filmmaking and has served as a jury member for numerous important film festivals. Norika is a member of the European Film Academy (EFA).

Aroa Fernández Lazkano

Director and screenwriter. A graduate in Audiovisual Communication from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), she specialised in Film Directing at the Madrid Film Institute. Winner of the first competition for Basque women filmmakers, Emakumezko Euskal Egileentzako Film Laburren I. Gidoi Lehiaketa, and finalist in its second edition. She is currently preparing her first short film, Itsas-epel, selected for the AUKERA short film laboratory programme run by HEMEN, and winner of the Bizkaia Provincial Council award for best project in Basque.

Inge Mendioroz Ibáñez

From Andoain, Inge Mendioroz Ibáñez studied illustration at the Massana School of Art in Barcelona. After working for several years as a layout designer in the press, she completed a master’s in editing and post-production. Since then, she has worked in the audiovisual field using the name Behirada. She assisted editor Raúl López on several films and subsequently began working independently as an editor. In recent years she has combined her work as editor with directing, recently presenting her latest work, the documentary Lurdes Iriondo, Ez gera alferrik pasako, co-created with screenwriter Idoia Garzes Aldazabal, in the SSIFF’s Zinemira section. She also enjoys taking part in artistic projects, such as the video installation Cielo redondo y tierra cuadrada for the artist Yu Depeng, which she edited and which is currently on view at Madrid’s Prado Museum.

Tamara Lucarini Cortés

Tamara Lucarini holds a degree in Political Science, with a master’s in feminist and gender studies and a scriptwriting programme at the Complutense University in association with The Media Pro Studio. She began her career in the audiovisual sector in 2016 as a short film distributor, later moving into scriptwriting and directing with the short film No es coma. Since then she has undertaken various projects, including Txango and Prioridades, of which the latter was selected for international festivals such as OutFest Los Angeles and London’s BFI Flare. In the past year she has acted as Mentor on “Memorias Sin Vergüenzas”, a series of workshops exploring queer memory in the Basque Country, and has been selected as a screenwriter for the CIMA 1to1 programme and as resident in Una habitación propia, where she wrote La Gotera, her first feature-length fiction film.
