The
International Jury Panel will award the following
prizes:
- ZINEBI Grand Prix (8,000 euros), open to all short films in the Official Section.
- Prize for Best Basque Short Film (6,000 euros), for short films produced in the Autonomous Basque Community and selected in the Official Section.
- Prize for Best Spanish Short Film (6,000 euros), for short films produced in the State and competing in the Official Section.
- Mikeldi for Best Documentary Short Film (5,000 euros).
- Mikeldi for Best Fiction Short Film (5,000 euros).
- Mikeldi for Best Animation Short Film (5,000 euros)
The event will also feature the following
awards:
- EITB Audience Award (3,000 euros), from a vote on all Basque films with running times of less than 30 minutes screened in Bertoko Begiradak and in the Official Section.
- Young Jury Award (2,000 euros), decided by students in Basque film faculties and schools for Basque short films (Bertoko section).
- ZINEBI (H)emen Award (2,000 euros) for feminist perspectives, decided by a jury panel appointed by Festival management (Bertoko section). It is being awarded for the first time in 2025.
- Cine Club FAS Award for Best Director (2,000 euros), for a short film in the International Competition.
- UNICEF Award from representatives of UNICEF Euskadi for a film in the International Competition.
