ZINEBI Networking is a space designed to support and nurture films in the making. A place where filmmakers and film professionals come together to think collectively, share perspectives, and feed that unique moment when a film is still taking shape.
With a particular focus on non-fiction cinema, the event offers a variety of activities that combine analysis, conversation, and attentive listening. It is not just about showing what has already been done, but about opening up the creative process, allowing other voices in and embracing transformation through exchange.
Rather than a competitive phase, ZINEBI Networking offers a space for dialogue and growth, where the most highly prized concept is the shared journey that each film can make alongside others, as part of a community.
The 8th ZINEBI Networking Professional Forum is held within this framework, presenting films in development, from early creative concepts seeking momentum to those in their final phase, in need of that last push before release. At the end of the forum, three financial grants will be awarded to help continue developing projects ready to become films, with the support of the Basque Government, RTVE, and EITB.
Welcome to this new edition. May it once again be a fertile ground for the cinema that lies ahead.
