ZINEBI NETWORKING 2024 VII PROFESSIONAL DOCUMENTARY FILM FORUM

ZINEBI NETWORKING 2024 VII PROFESSIONAL DOCUMENTARY FILM FORUM

ZINEBI Networking is a space for knowledge transfer and a meeting point which, based on the Bilbao Film Festival’s specialization in short fiction, documentary and animation films, with a particular emphasis on documentary cinema, offers up a programme of diverse activities focused on creating, analyzing and debating films on the basis of different perspectives and experiences.

ZINEBI Networking strives to promote meetings of professional practitioners operating in the sector, opening up many of its activities to an audience seeking to acquire knowledge in order to mark out their own trajectory in creation and the audiovisual industry.

ZINEBI Networking is also the setting for the 7th Bilbao Professional Documentary Film Forum, a process to contrast and catalyze praiseworthy documentary films in both the State and Basque project categories, in the latter case with essential cooperation from EITB. Both prizes are in the amount of 15,000 euros.

I wish to extend a warm welcome to participants, and also express my sincere gratitude to the Basque Government for the specific support it has lent to this activity.
